  • Free valet dropoff & pickups to the  Airport operates daily from 4am in the morning until Closing.
  • Late night / after hour arrivals can still be collected but you will need to organise a taxi from the airport.

What happens if my scheduled flight is delayed and arrives after closing time ?

As we track the actual flight status in real time we will be aware of the delay and other arrangements will be made.

How long will I be waiting around on my arrival before I am dropped off ?

We take you immediately to the airport which takes approximately 3 minutes.

Will I be waiting long at the Airport on my return ?

No, once you have your luggage and are at the public pick up area and have called for collection, we will be there to collect you in approximately 5 minutes or 7 minutes in traffic.

Can I book online if I don't know all my travel details ?

  • Yes. Just proceed with the booking with the information you have on hand.
  • Once you have made your booking you can update your booking via the link automaticaly provided at the bottom of your email booking confirmation.

I don't know when I'm coming home, can I still book online?

Yes. This is termed as a drifter and the booking system online copes with this quite well. You can update your booking whilst travelling from any computer anywhere.

before your return. If you haven't already done so in your original booking.

My flight is leaving very early in the morning. Can I use your service ?

  • Yes we move a lot of early morning travellers from 4am daily, and its easy !
  • Just book online and you will receive a written booking confirmation & location map via email,
    plus an SMS confirmation to your mobile phone.

How many people can you drop to and from the airport with the free valet service ?

We cater for each booking's requirements as we have a number of valet shuttle vans which gives us plenty of carrying capacity for normal familys.

I have infant(s) traveling who will require a baby capsule or children who require a child restraint - is that a problem ?

No. The online booking system deals with kid's requirements for your booking, so as the valet shuttle is correctly seated for you departure & return.

Are there any cancellation fees ?

No. However please advise us of your cancellation.

When do you take payment ?

  • Payable at drop off for all bookings is preferred. Or by arrangement as aggreed at drop off and before car is collected.

Terms & Conditions

Cairns Airport Parking situated at 399 Lake Street, and adjoining properties North Cairns and also including the 2go2 Long Term parking facility which is a division of Cairns Airport Parking and situated at 433 Sheridan street Nth Cairns. These properties are secured long term vehicle storage/car park facilities require you to book online if possible, or by phone for people without internet.

Closed on Christmas day, Boxing Day and selected days as required no pickups or drop offs.

Drop off

All drop offs and pickups are situated at 397 Lake St or Sheridan st  Nth Cairns as per booking confirmation.
Free Valet Service to the Airport unless otherwise stated at time of booking:
Once you have a confirmed booking you simply arrive as booked and your luggage is moved from your vehicle to a valet vehicle and you are taken directly to the terminal for departure. In the advent that you arrive earlier than booked there may be a short delay.

We are located just 5 minutes from both the Cairns Domestic and International Terminals.

We suggest you arrive at least 1.25 hours before domestic flights and 2.25 hours before international flights. We make no guarantees that you will not miss a flight if you don’t allow reasonable time.

Airport Pick up on your return.

Your responsibility is to provide us with your

  • return date
  • flight number
  • arrival time

before your return, to ensure valet pickup on your return (if you haven't already done so in your original booking).

The free valet pick-up operates from 4am in the morning through to flights due in before 9pm at night. All bookings are monitored and flights are tracked, so it doesn’t matter if the flight is ahead or behind schedule. This tracking system enables a very prompt collection from the public pick up area - usually 1-5 minutes after you have called to say you are ready for collection.

Once you are collected it’s only a short trip back to Lake St, North Cairns where your car is waiting ready to go.

Travelling with Children and/or Infants
The parent or guardian is responsible for securing any infants and/or children travelling within their group in to the approved child/infant restraint provided by Betta Airport Parking, and as required by law. Betta Airport Parking accepts no responsibility for children and/or infants who have been improperly secured in to the child/infant restraint by their parent or guardian. Seating of children and infants must at all times comply with current Queensland Law so if you have concerns about the seating of children or infants in your group you must instruct the Betta Airport Parking driver immediately and the driver will not proceed until the seating has been corrected.

Vehicle Responsibility - Yours & Ours

  • We undertake to take absolute care in moving your vehicle into and out of storage
  • We undertake to park your car in a secured yard that is fenced and locked with no public access
  • We undertake to move your car without causing damage as a result of negligence on our behalf.
  • We make no guarantee or undertaking whatsoever to the contents of your vehicle or to any property attached against theft.
  • We do not accept responsibility for any damage due to weather conditions.
  • You undertake not to have any dangerous goods stored in your vehicle and that your vehicle and/or content is insured
  • You park at your own risk

To be eligible for a discount your booking must be placed at least days in advance and your vehicle must be parked for a minimum of days.

Your Drop off Times for Cairns Airport Parking,The online Booking system calculates the suggested drop of time usally 2 Hours prior to Domestic flights departures  and 3 hours  prior to International flights.
